We provide food and beverage services at our restaurant in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, including:

3. Reservations & Event Bookings
Regular Reservations
Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.
A confirmation (on screen, by SMS, or email) will be provided when your reservation is accepted.
We reserve the right to set time limits on tables during peak hours.
Party Hall & Private Events
Event bookings may require a deposit and/or minimum spend, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Final guest counts and menu selections must be confirmed by the agreed deadline.
You are responsible for informing us in advance of any special requirements, decorations, audio/visual needs, or timing constraints.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel events that may disrupt restaurant operations or violate local regulations.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
We accept various forms of payment, including major credit/debit cards and other methods as indicated at the restaurant.
For large parties, catering orders, or private events, a service charge/gratuity may be automatically added to your bill.
Full payment is typically due at the time of service, pickup, or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to update prices, menus, promotions, and offerings at any time without prior notice.
5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Restaurant Reservations
If you need to cancel or modify a reservation, please notify us as early as possible.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in limitations on future bookings.
Catering & Event Bookings
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date may receive a refund of the deposit, subject to any non-refundable costs already incurred (e.g., special orders).
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
Date changes are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, depending on notice period.

6. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
We take food safety seriously and can often accommodate certain dietary preferences or restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-friendly, nut-friendly) upon request. However:
Our kitchen handles common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and shellfish.
We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Guests with severe allergies should inform our staff and exercise their own discretion when dining with us.
House of Saffron is not liable for allergic reactions that may occur.
7. BYOB & Alcohol Policy (Mt. Laurel, NJ)
Our location currently operates as BYOB (Bring Your Own Beer/Wine) in accordance with local regulations.
Guests bringing alcoholic beverages must be of legal drinking age and may be asked to present valid government-issued ID.
We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol or ask guests to stop consuming alcohol if behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive.
No hard liquor is permitted if prohibited by local law.
8. Gift Cards, Offers & Promotions
From time to time, we may offer gift cards, coupons, discounts, or promotional offers.
Each promotion may have specific terms (valid dates, minimum purchase, dine-in/takeout only, etc.), which will apply in addition to these Terms.
Promotions cannot usually be combined unless explicitly stated.
